Vincent & Co – Privacy and data protection
At Vincent & Co we value your privacy. The personal data you provide to us may be used by Vincent & Co for our own communication and marketing, such as invitations to events and seminars, newsletters and competitions. Communication takes place via printed mailings and digital channels via email and SMS notifications. The personal data we collect is never sold on to third parties. Where Vincent & Co grants a third party access to collected data, this is done only on behalf of Vincent & Co for communication or marketing about Vincent & Co, or in order to deliver ordered goods or services.
How Vincent & Co handles personal data
All personal data covered by the Swedish Accounting Act is stored for at least 7 years. If the relationship between Vincent & Co and a customer, prospect or supplier ends, other personal data is deleted or anonymised during annual reviews. Requests for removal of personal data are processed within 3 months. Under applicable laws and regulations, you have the right to request, free of charge, an extract of the personal data we hold and process about you. You also have the right to request correction, restriction or deletion of your personal data. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) contains rules on how personal data may be processed. It applies from 25 May 2018 and replaces the previous Swedish Personal Data Act (PuL).
